'WIN LUNCH FOR A MONTH' TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. One winner will be drawn at 10.00am AEDST each Tuesday in March 2010 (2/03/10, 9/03/10, 16/03/10, 23/03/10 & 30/03/10).

  2. Each winner will receive $220 (22 x $10 vouchers) worth of Berry Square vouchers, redeemable at participating Berry Square food court retailers only.

  3. Vouchers are valid until Monday, May 31 2010.

  4. Vouchers are non transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

  5. The remaining value of unused credit is forfeited if the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction. Therefore, no change is given for transactions smaller than the monetary amount on the voucher.

  6. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco products, or any Lottery purchase.

  7. Vouchers that appear to have been tampered with, forged, or damaged can be confiscated without replacement at the promoter's discretion.

  8. These terms are subject to change without notice.

Berry Square Monthly VIP Club Prize Giveaway January 2010 January 2011

  1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW and aged 18 and over except employees of Berry Square Shopping Centre Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessee's, Mesh Interactive, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its Directors.

  2. The promoter is Eastmark Holdings Pty. Limited ABN No.: 41 003 921 953, c/o:- Mesh, Level 10, 221 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

  3. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.

  4. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older in order to enter this competition.

  5. Entries are valid for this promotion only.

  6. Mesh Interactive will hold multiple VIP member monthly draws on behalf of Berry Square Pty Ltd. The total prize value over the twelve month period that this licence is valid will be less than $100,000 in value. No individual prize will be valued at more than $1,000.

  7. The draw will take place in private at Mesh Pty Limited level 10, 221 Miller Street North Sydney at different dates yet to be confirmed throughout the twelve month period, usually once per month.

  8. The prize(s) must be collected by the winner(s) from Berry Square Centre Management, 77 Berry Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. If the prize(s) are not collected within three months of being drawn, a new winner(s) will be drawn.

  9. The winner(s) must show proof of identification that matches the winning entry when claiming the prize(s).

  10. Claiming of the prizes is consent to use your name and address for marketing purposes. The prize winner will be contacted by a Berry Square Centre Management representative via email or phone within 48 hours of the prize draw.

  11. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing, database and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. The promoter will not distribute information about entrants to any third party not related to the promoter. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.

  12. The promoter shall not be liable for any additional costs that may be associated with the prize, any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

  14. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
